Can I request an individual commercial offer?
Yes. If you are planning a large order, opening a club or selecting equipment for a specific project, you can request an individual offer.
Provide information about your venue, player count, business format and target budget so the team can prepare a relevant configuration.
Can LASERWAR build a set for my budget and venue?
Yes. You do not have to choose only a standard set. LASERWAR equipment can be selected for a particular format, player count, venue type and budget.
For example, a family set may include a small number of taggers and headbands, while a business set usually needs chargers, spare equipment, game devices and accessories for different scenarios.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Business customers can request an invoice or pro forma invoice after the set configuration has been agreed. The sales team will prepare the documents needed for payment according to the current order conditions.
What documents can be provided with an order?
Depending on the type of customer, destination country and order conditions, the documents may include an invoice, pro forma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, warranty documents, product passport, manuals and other supporting materials.
Please confirm the exact document package with your sales manager before placing the order, especially for international shipments and customs procedures.
Can you provide accounting or closing documents?
For business orders, supporting documents can usually be provided according to the order type and payment method. The exact document package may include invoices, shipping documents, warranty papers and other materials required for the transaction.

When does production or assembly begin?
Production, assembly or order preparation usually begins after the set configuration and payment terms are confirmed. If some products are in stock, the overall preparation time may be shorter.
The exact process depends on the order contents and current availability.
Can I change my order after the invoice has been issued?
If the order has not yet entered production, assembly or shipment preparation, changes may be possible. Contact your sales manager as early as possible.
If the equipment has already been prepared, produced or shipped, changes may be limited.
