2. What data we process

We do not require copies of passports or national ID documents to place a standard shop order. If identity verification is ever required by law or payment fraud prevention, we will ask only what is necessary and explain why.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Contract — to accept and fulfil orders, deliver goods, issue invoices, provide support and warranty service.
- Legal obligation — accounting, tax, consumer-law and bookkeeping retention in Latvia/EU.
- Legitimate interests — site security, fraud prevention, improving the shop, answering business inquiries; balanced against your rights.
- Consent — optional marketing emails and non-essential cookies/analytics where required. Consent is separate from checkout and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your ability to buy.
4. Who receives data (processors / recipients)
We use service providers only as needed to operate the shop, for example:
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- payment service providers / banks;
- shipping and logistics partners;
- email / CRM / support tools;
- analytics providers (if enabled and consented where required).
Processors act under instructions and appropriate contracts. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Where a provider is outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures where needed). Details are available on request via privacy@laserwar.com.
6. Retention

8. Marketing
Marketing messages are sent only if you give a separate, optional opt-in (not bundled into the order button). You can unsubscribe via the link in emails or by contacting us. Declining marketing does not affect checkout.

10. Children
The shop is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 for marketing.
