1. Provision of information by the client:

1.1. When registering on the laserwar.com site (hereinafter -"site"), the client provides the following information: E-mail address and phone number. When you make an order through the site or register on it, the client may provide the following information: name/surname/patronymic of the recipient of the order, the order delivery adress (city, country, index), contact phone number and passport information.

1.2. By providing your personal information, the client agrees to process them (including the client's withdrawal of their consent to the processing of their personal data) by ООО "Lasertag" (hereinafter the "resource owner"), in order for the owner of the resource and/or its partners to fulfill their obligations to the client which include the sale of goods and the provision of services, the provision of background information and the promotion of goods, works and services, and also agrees to receive advertisements and service announcements. When the client's personal data is processed, the owner of the resource is guided by the Federal Personal Data Act, the Federal Advertising Act, and local regulations.

1.3. If the client wants to delete their account on the site, the client will contact us at deal@laserwar.com making an appropriate request.

1.4. The resource owner uses the data provided by the client for the entire period of the client's registration on the site in order to:

• Perform the client's registration/authorization on the site;
• Process the client's orders and fulfill the obligations to the client.
• Carry out activities concerning the promotion of goods and services;
• Evaluate the operation of the site;
• Determine the special offer winner (the offer is held by the owner of the resource);
• Analyze the client's purchasing power and provide personalized recommendations;
• Inform the client about promotions, discounts through email and mass texting.

1.5. The owner of the resource has the right to send an advertisement and an information message to the client.

2. Transmission of information received by the owner of the resource:

2.1. The resource owner undertakes not to transfer the information received from the client to third parties. It is not considered to be a violation for the owner of the resource to provide information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of the contract with the owner of the resource to perform the obligations to the client and only within the framework of the treaty. It is not considered to be a violation of this paragraph that the owner will transfer to third parties’ data about the client in an impersonal form to assess and analyze the site's performance, analyze client purchasing characteristics and provide personal advice.

2.2. It is not considered to be a breach of obligations to transfer information in accordance with the justified and applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.3. The owner of the resource receives information about the IP address of the www.laserwar.ru site visitor and the information about which website the visitor came from. This information is not used to identify the visitor.

2.4. The owner of the resource is not responsible for the information provided by the client on the site in a public form. It means, placing information about the client with public access to the "Laserwar clients map" section of the site is performed only upon the client's request after the special form has been completed.

2.5. During the process of personal data, the seller takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from undue access, as well as other misconduct against personal data.

3. Storage and use of information by the client

3.1. The client undertakes not to notify third parties of the login and password they use to enter the laserwar.ru/shop online store.

3.2. The client undertakes to ensure due diligence when storing and using the login and password (including but not limited to: using licensed anti virus software, use complex alphanumeric combinations when creating a password, not making a computer or other hardware available to third parties together with with the client's login and password, etc.)

3.3. If the owner of the resource suspects that a third party or malicious software uses the client's account, the owner of the resource has the right to change the client's password unilaterally.
