Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 11 July 2026 · Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. Seller and contract
The seller, invoice issuer and contracting party is 4WARD SIA (reg. 40103602645, VAT LV40103602645). The brand name LASERWAR identifies the product line; it does not create a separate contracting party.
A binding contract is formed when we accept your order (order confirmation / payment confirmation), subject to stock and compliance checks.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract. If you buy as a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown on the site and may change before order acceptance. Applicable VAT and shipping are calculated at checkout where relevant. Currency is as displayed.
4. Orders and product information
Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Photos are illustrative. We may correct obvious errors and refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions, with a refund of any amount already paid for the cancelled items.
5. Payment
Payment methods are listed at checkout and in the Payment Policy. Title to goods passes after full payment (or as otherwise required by mandatory law). Risk passes on delivery to the carrier or to you, as applicable under shipping terms and mandatory law.
6. Delivery
See the Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU/Latvia)
If you are a consumer concluding a distance contract, you generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, starting when you receive the goods (or the last item in a multi-package order), unless an exception applies.
Details, exceptions and return costs: Return and Refund Policy.
8. Business customers (B2B)
If you purchase as a trader/business (not as a consumer), the statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. B2B returns are only accepted under our commercial return rules or warranty for defects.
9. Warranty and liability
Statutory consumer guarantees apply as required by law. Commercial warranty details: Warranty Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, 4WARD SIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (including lost profit, business interruption or data loss). Where liability can be limited, our aggregate liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid to us for the goods giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Intellectual property
Site content, trademarks and materials remain our property or that of licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.
11. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU/EEA. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Latvia (Riga), unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
EU consumers may also use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force at order acceptance applies to that order.
