Warranty Policy

Warranty and after-sales support for equipment sold on laserwar.com are provided by 4WARD SIA.
1. Legal guarantee (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity under applicable law (generally two years from delivery for goods, subject to national rules). This legal guarantee cannot be excluded.
2. Commercial warranty (optional extra)
Any additional commercial warranty stated on the product page or in writing is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing faults under normal use, at our option, and only for the stated period. Commercial warranty does not cover:
- wear parts and consumables;
- damage from misuse, drops, water (unless rated), incorrect charging, unauthorised repair/modification;
- software issues caused by third-party firmware or unsupported configurations;
- cosmetic damage not affecting function.
3. How to claim
- Email info@laserwar.com with order number, serial/photos, and fault description.
- Wait for instructions before shipping anything.
- If we request return, pack safely; we may refuse claims for damage caused in poorly packed returns.
4. Remedies and limits
For commercial warranty, our obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product/part, or a partial/full refund at our discretion if repair/replacement is impossible or disproportionate. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss; see also Terms and Conditions.
5. B2B
Business buyers: commercial warranty applies only as expressly stated in writing; statutory consumer guarantees do not apply. Inspection and claim deadlines in the contract/order confirmation apply.
