Return and Refund Policy

1. Who this applies to

• Consumers (B2C) in the EU/EEA: statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions.
• Businesses (B2B): no statutory cooling-off right. Returns only for proven defects under warranty/guarantee or if we expressly approve a commercial return in writing.

2. Consumer withdrawal (14 days)

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods (or the last item) without giving a reason, by clear notice to us (email is sufficient).

Model wording (optional): "I hereby withdraw from the contract for the following goods: [list], ordered on [date], received on [date], name, address."

2.1 Exceptions (no withdrawal)

Withdrawal does not apply where the law excludes it, including for example:

• sealed goods not suitable for return due to health/hygiene if unsealed after delivery;
• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• goods which after delivery are inseparably mixed with other items;
• sealed software / digital content if unsealed or activated, where the exception applies;
• other cases set out in applicable consumer law.

2.2 Return shipping and condition

• You must send goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of withdrawal notice.
• Return shipping costs for withdrawal of goods of proper quality are borne by you, unless we failed to inform you of this cost as required by law.
• You are liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (i.e. more than a shop-like inspection).
• Return goods complete, with accessories and preferably original packaging.

2.3 Refunds

We refund payments received for the returned goods, including standard delivery costs to the original destination (not express upgrades), using the original payment method where possible. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment. Refund timing: within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, subject to the withholding right above.

3. Defective goods

If goods are defective or non-conforming, contact us promptly with order number, photos and description. Statutory remedies for consumers apply. We may repair, replace or refund as required by law. Return shipping for confirmed defects is at our expense unless the claim is unfounded.

4. What we do not accept as standard returns

• goods damaged by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, or normal wear;
• returns without prior notice / RMA where we reasonably request one;
• B2B change-of-mind returns without written approval.

We do not require passport copies for ordinary returns.

5. Governing law

the laws of the Republic of Latvia; disputes: the courts of the Republic of Latvia (Riga), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
