«Army 2018». Results

The largest forum of leading companies and specialists in the field of modern weapons «Army 2018» has come to an end and it's time to sum up LASERWAR's participation in this event, grandiose in terms of both scale and importance.

During 6 exhibition days, more than 1200 russian and foreign companies were presenting to the interested audience novelties from all industries, one way or another related to the armed forces – from the organization of army life to the latest models of armaments and equipment.

Major holdings like «Rosoboronexport», «Russian Helicopters», «Almaz-Antey», concern «Kalashnikov», as well as firms that have been recognized in the narrow circles of military experts, were among Russian companies presented at the exhibition.

LASERWAR was one of the two companies, representing the Smolensk region at «Army 2018» with assistance from the cluster development center. Laser tag has long been widely used in programs of military-patriotic education of youth and training members of law enforcement agencies and military departments, along with training sportsmen-biathletes.

At the company exhibition stand the novelties of 2018 were demonstrated, new devices and technologies of laser tag were announced, including the new optical system «Parallax».

The company's activities in popularization and development of laser tag, design and production of new equipment have received a lot of positive feedback from exhibition visitors. The use of innovative developments at the intersection of modern technologies was noted, among others, by the specialists of the official delegations attending the exhibition.

The exhibition granted us the opportunity to communicate intimately with our regular customers, with clubs that have long-standing and warm relations with us, as well as with new customers who use our equipment relatively recently and have not had the opportunity to communicate closely with us yet.

For us, such communication is an invaluable exchange of experience in commercial use and tough renting operation of our products, during which we specify the wishes of customers in improving existing and development of new equipment, talk about new products, share plans for the laser tag evolution. We even succeeded in collecting a number of user reviews about the new optical system «Parallax», which release was launched shortly before the opening of the exhibition.

«Army 2018» gave an opportunity to meet with a large number of our business partners and to discuss the expansion of further cooperation. The huge concentration of technological power at the exhibition territory allowed us to identify promising areas for the laser tag development for several years to come. We have found new business partners and unique technologies that will surely be implemented in our development within a few years. The result of the exhibition has already been negotiations on the purchase of new production equipment.

All this became possible thanks to the competent and well-coordinated work of the team representing LASERWAR at the stand of the «Army». Detailed consultations of experts on complex technical issues, attentive professional attitude to the visitors of the stand, endless patience towards the young laser tag fans who passed through our stand during the mass visit, readiness to answer any question and demonstrate all the details of the laser tag equipment – a distinctive feature of our team. Despite the fact that the exhibition had no commercial orientation, it resulted in a number of contracts for the supply of laser tag equipment for several organizations.

The exhibition allowed us to solve the production development tasks set for the company for and defined new horizons of development, and our participation in it was noted by a number of positive reviews of specialists and an honorary diploma of the participant of the exhibition «Army 2018».
