Timely and competent responses – things that customers expect the most. So let us remind you of simple rules for contacting LASERWAR specialists by e-mail or via messenger.   

  1. Subject of the letter

Don’t forget to specify the subject of the message while contacting the sales service, the head of the warranty department or other specialists. Don’t send the letter without the subject, such message will be lost.

If the subject of the conversation changes during the conversation, change the subject of the email.
