Grach Extra Series

Combat prototype

In 1990, the Ministry of Defense organized a contest for a new weapon to replace the Makarov pistol in service. The Yarygin pistol was introduced in 1993, it wasn't declared the winner until 2000. Since 2003, this pistol and the new 9x19 ammunition, which differs in its characteristics from the Western model for the better, have been adopted by the army.

It is popularly known as "The Rook" (Grach - rus.); the weapon received the same name during the competition. The appearance of the Yarygin pistol is not exactly conventional. The first thing that catches the eye is the semi-concealed hammer, which is almost completely hidden in the bolt.

The Yarygin pistol was the prototype for the GRACH laser tag model, ORIGINAL series.

Characteristics of design

The tagger is suitable for personal use as well as for rental conditions. The only external difference from the original is the Picatinny rail at the bottom of the receiver. Here you can mount a tactical flashlights or target indicator. Otherwise, the game model retains the features of its predecessor.

The body is made of impact-resistant plastic and metal inserts on the bolt. The gun is fitted with a special plug to minimize the impact radius. At the same time, the range reaches up to 40 m.

Grach is tiny - it weighs just 0.52 g and is 19 cm long.

Gaming characteristics

The game set comes with only a tagger. Additional equipment, hit sensors, chargers are available separately.

The power button is securely hidden at the bottom of the magazine. The power socket is placed nearby. The bolt is used to reload the weapon. The

model has a reliable lithium battery. 10 hours of continuous use are guaranteed.

The pistol would make a great option as an additional weapon.
