How to Set Up LASERWAR Laser Biathlon: Junior, Master and Target
LASERWAR's laser biathlon equipment combines a rifle and an electronic target for shooting practice. This guide follows the official eight-minute setup video for the Junior and Master rifles and the target. Use the chapters below to jump to the control you need, then check the current instructions for your exact equipment revision.

What the video covers
- Junior rifle: power and charging controls, first shots, reloading, sighting mode and rifle settings.
- Master rifle: covers, reloading and shooting controls.
- Electronic target: a shared countdown for the whole series or a separate time limit for each target, followed by selection and saving.
Set up the Junior rifle
Begin with the power switches and charging ports at 0:48. The demonstration then shows the first shots and reloading at 1:04 and how to enter sighting mode at 1:32. Watch these steps on the rifle in front of you before changing a setting.
From 2:09, the video moves through the rifle controls, including ammunition, sound and laser power. At 3:14 it shows reloading and fire modes. Match the demonstrated controls to the documentation supplied with your set; older revisions may differ.
Continue with the Master rifle
The Master section starts at 3:38. It shows the covers, reloading and shooting. The Junior and Master are presented separately in the video, so use the section for your own rifle rather than assuming every control is in the same place.
Choose the electronic target timer mode
The target walkthrough starts at 4:34. The centre ring at 5:00 sets one countdown for the whole series; the left ring at 5:33 sets a time limit for each target. The demonstration compares the modes at 6:16, then shows how to select a limit and save it at 7:38.
Decide which timing rule your session needs before saving a target setting. After setup, run a short practice series to confirm that the rifle and target behave as expected.
