This is the simplest version of the arena project. The data included in this package is minimal, but sufficient for self-development.

The package includes:

1. Terms of Reference for the premises;
2.  Definition of style, concept, zoning;
3. Measurement plan of the premises (if necessary);
4. Redevelopment plan of the premises (if necessary);
5. Planning solution (up to 3 layout variants);
6. Sketch 3D-visualization (3-4 views of the premises);
7. Recommendations on materials.
