When developing new platforms that will become the standard of laser tag equipment for a long period to come, LASERWAR always has its users in mind. Do you want to upgrade your rental club arsenal quickly and inexpensively? Take advantage of our ongoing Trade In offer. How does it work? You send us game sets from 8, 9th generations and earlier, and we integrate 10th generation X-Generation or 11th generation Alphatag electronics into them.

Terms of the offer

If you need to upgrade from the 8 to 10th generation, you will need to replace the hit sensors (headband) and board in the weapon.

If you need to upgrade from the 9 to 10th generation, you will need to replace the board in the weapon. In order for the headband to work with the 10th generation, owners of the 9th generation equipment need only to update the headband firmware using LASERTAG Configurator.

If you need to upgrade from the 8, 9, 10 to 11th generation(Alphatag), you will need to replace the headband, battery and board in the weapon.

Upgrade work is FREE OF CHARGE for owners of game sets. We take back your old board and install a new one free of charge.

Check with your LASERWAR technician for the cost of converting other game sets to the X-Generation or Alphatag electronics.

The cost of sending the equipment to the service centre in Smolensk and back to the owner is at the customer's expense.

Upgrade time is up to 7 days (depending on the tagger model and generation).
